Weaving

The production of the fabric that forms the basis of our woven products is carried out on our weaving looms and has a working logic of 3 40. Woven fabrics consist of two groups of yarn. The longitudinal threads of the fabric are called warp threads, and the horizontal threads that make up the width of the fabric are called weft threads. The weaving process consists of connecting these two groups of yarns by passing them under and over each other with the system we call knitting.

As of the installation of 1997, there are fancy fabric qualities such as polyester, cotton / polyester, cotton, linen, viscose, chenille among the products produced from our weaving looms, which have been expanded with today’s most modern machines to give the best quality to the fabric. It has an annual production capacity of 6,500,000 m.

Arge

Our regular dyeing machine park, which has been included in our production line since 2002, has been selected in accordance with home textiles. Operations performed on flat dyeing machines; disperse dyeing, reactive dyeing, disperse + reactive dyeing, bleaching, firing, acrylic dyeing and nylon dyeing processes. Our plain paint products are among the most preferred products by our customers.

Super Textile has added Technical textile products to its home textile products, which it has offered to its customers for many years, with the modern machine park it established as of 2011.

Our laboratory, equipped with modern devices, provides product research and quality continuity; Indoor / outdoor 100% roller blackout, 100% fabric blackout, roller blinds, zebra, defense industry camouflage fabrics, umbrella, antibacterial, covid viral fabrics, flame retardancy, non-flammability, bad odor remover in response to the demand of the market both at home and abroad. Starting from weaving curtain fabrics, dyeing, printing and coating stages are carried out in an integrated manner.

With the work of the design center and the R&D department, creations are prepared and presented to the market in line with customer demands.

Our apparel department was established in line with our rapidly developing customer demands, in order to present our quality in ready-made products.

Today, our annual production capacity of 5 million pieces includes products such as ready-made curtains, throw pillows, panel curtains, tablecloths, and shower curtains.
